He would knock that creepy Zubat out himself if he had to! If Ember was knocked out then Zinnia would take over for him. "I'd rather be a slimy toad than an eyeless creep!" Zinnia yelled at the Zubat when he returned to Hana's side with Vervain right behind him. He wouldn't have time to try to confuse the Zubat again. Ember finally managed to throw the Zubat off of him, cradling his wounded arm against his chest and bracing himself for another attack. She had, admittedly, made the exact same mistake until the Gardevoir had corrected her. The fight with the Croagunk had worn him out quite a bit but he was still going to try to help his trainer! She was going to beat this y woman even if he got knocked out in the process! "His book! Ember is a boy!" Hanako corrected the Grunt. "E-Ember, baby, are you okay?" She called to her Gardevoir, who did his best to smile at her despite still struggling with the Zubat.
